Social media training was held for members of the Azerbaijani national judo team consisting of young girls.
Idman.Biz reports that the purpose of the training, presented by Elvin Ahmad, a leading digital marketing specialist of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation, was to promote responsible behavior in social media, to express oneself correctly in front of the media, and to protect the image of the national team.
During the training, recommendations were given on managing personal accounts, sharing culture, ethical rules, proper reaction to comments and criticism, prevention of the spread of misinformation, as well as sharing content in accordance with the federation's communication principles.
In addition, there was an exchange of views on the impact of an athlete's digital image on career and team reputation.
