Rashad Nabiyev, President of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation (ACF), congratulated Zelim Kotsoiev (100 kg) on winning a bronze medal at the World Championships held in Budapest, the capital of Hungary.
"Report" reports that the head of the ACF shared this on his Facebook account.
"Zelim Kotsoiev won a bronze medal at the World Judo Championships held in Budapest. I congratulate Zelim on this significant achievement and wish success to all our judokas who will compete on the tatami in the upcoming competition days," wrote R. Nabiyev.
It should be noted that Azerbaijan is represented at the World Championships by 13 judokas (9 men, 4 women) in 10 weight categories in individual competitions. The national team is also competing in the mixed team competition.
