A professional development program has been launched in Gusar, organized by the Azerbaijan Judo Federation.
Idman.biz reports that theoretical and practical seminars are held within the framework of the program, which is attended by 35 coaches from the northern and southern regions.
During the practical session dedicated to "Te-waza" - hand techniques, examples of execution in classical and competition styles were demonstrated. The sessions are conducted by experienced instructors of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation - Orkhan Safarov, Samir Ismayilov, Asiman Allahverdiyev, Ismayil Rzayev and Ibrahim Aslanov.
It should be noted that the 6-day professional development program was previously implemented in Goranboy and Shaki.
