It was reported that the stage of evaluating the practical skills of 30 coaches who have completed the third level of coaching training has started within the framework of the program.
The evaluation process serves to determine not only the theoretical knowledge of coaches, but also the methodological approaches they apply in real training conditions, the level of technical and tactical training, and management skills. The practical assessment is led by Richard Trautman, performance director of national teams, and the process is carried out using a methodology based on international experience.
It should be noted that the certification program is aimed at strengthening the coaching institute in the country, stimulating the professional development of specialists, as well as ensuring the long-term and sustainable success of Azerbaijani judo.
