A new judo hall has been put into operation in Baku.
According to "Report" referring to the press service of the Judo Federation (ACF), the opening ceremony of the new hall of the "Lion" club was held.
The event was attended by Natig Bagirov, advisor to the president of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation (ACF), Agayar Akhundzade, member of the ACF Executive Committee, manager for domestic competitions, Elkhan Mammadov, senior coach of the men's national team, famous athletes and guests.
The hall is equipped by the ACF with tatami mats that meet modern standards. The area of 300 sq.m. includes a waiting area for parents, as well as coaching and changing rooms.
The hall has all the conditions for 50 athletes to practice judo at the same time.
