An official belt grading exam was held today at the Training and Sports Center of the national judo team, organized by the Azerbaijan Judo Federation (ACF).
The ACF press service told "Report" about this.
In the exam, 130 judokas took exams for white-yellow, yellow, orange, blue, and brown belt grades, based on their respective age groups. Athletes who successfully passed the exam were awarded the appropriate belt and certificate.
Holding official belt exams is crucial for athletes to comprehensively learn judo techniques and for their motivation.
The belt exam is necessary for assessing and officially recognizing the level of professionalism, as well as for participating in prestigious domestic competitions in the future.
