A meeting was held with judokas who will participate in the XVIII European Youth Summer Olympic Festival (EYOF).
"Report" informs that the meeting was attended by the Executive Vice-President of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation (ACF) Rashad Rasulllu, the Advisor to the ACF President Natig Bagirov, and the coaching staff of the national teams.
Federation officials expressed confidence in the athletes and said that they expect successful performances in the upcoming prestigious tournament. Judokas were given advice before the competition and wished success.
It should be noted that judo competitions within the framework of EYOF will be held in Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia, from July 22 to 26. Azerbaijan will be represented by 12 judokas (6 boys, 6 girls) in 12 weight categories at the sports festival. The national team will compete in the mixed team competition on the last day of the tournament.
