The European Open Judo Cup among adults in Ljubljana is coming to an end.
Idman.Biz reports that Azerbaijani representative Leyla Aliyeva (52 kg) lost her chance for a bronze medal after losing in the 1/4 finals and then losing in the consolation match.
Other Azerbaijani judokas – Shafag Hamidova, Fidan Alizade, Konul Aliyeva, as well as Sudaba Agayeva and Madina Kaysinova, who performed earlier, stopped fighting in the early stages of the tournament.
