Azerbaijani judoka Zelim Kotsoyev (100 kg) will not be allowed to compete for a bronze medal at the European Championship held in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia. Sport24.az reports that Zelim Kotsoyev was removed from the bronze medal match because he received a direct "hansoku-make" for a prohibited technique in the semi-final duel with Simeon Katarina (Netherlands).
