The European Judo Cup among juniors has started in Antalya, Turkey.
Idman.Biz reports that a member of our national team climbed the honorary podium on the first day of the competition. Konul Eyvazli, who competed in the -48 kg weight category, took third place. Our representative defeated local athlete Büşra Ceylin Çoşkun in the decisive match and was awarded a bronze medal.
It should be noted that 550 judokas from 21 countries are testing their strength in the tournament.
