Konul Aliyeva wins silver medal at VI Islamic Solidarity Games

Azerbaijani judoka Konul Aliyeva (48 kg) took second place at the VI Islamic Solidarity Games held in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. Sport24.az reports that she lost in the final.

 

K. Aliyeva lost to Tuğçe Bedere (Turkey) in the decisive match.

 

It should be noted that this is the first medal of Azerbaijani judokas in the competition. (Report)
