The European Judo Cup starts today in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
İdman.biz reports that the Azerbaijani women's team will also compete in the tournament.
On the first day of the tournament, Konul Aliyeva, Leyla Aliyeva (both 48 kg), Gultaj Mammadaliyeva, Ulviyya Bayramova (both 52 kg) and Nargiz Hajiyeva (63 kg) will step onto the tatami.
This will be the last test for the women's team before the World Championship, which will start on June 13 in Budapest.
Teams from 29 countries will participate in the European Cup.
