Our judokas continue their preparations for the European Kata Championship.
İdman.biz reports that 10 athletes have been involved in the training camp held at the Training Center of national teams.
They are preparing for the prestigious competition under the leadership of Mehmet Yılmaz, the Education Director of the Turkish Judo Federation and a VI dan black belt holder.
The European Championship will be held in Riga, the capital of Latvia, from May 31 to June 1.
4 athletes will represent our country in the continental competition in the "nage-no-kata" and "katame-no-kata" kata forms.
Our judokas will also participate in the Kodokan kata seminar and examination to be held in Riga on May 28-30 before the tournament.
