The Azerbaijani national team has stopped fighting at the Judo World Championships held in Budapest, the capital of Hungary.
"Report" reports that the team lost to Germany in the 1/8 finals - 1:4.
The only victory in this match was won by Zelim Kotsoyev (90 kg). He defeated Erik Abramov.
It should be noted that Azerbaijan was represented by 13 judokas (9 men, 4 women) in 10 weight categories at the World Cup in individual competitions. Zelim Tckayev (81 kg), Eljan Hajiyev (90 kg) and Zelim Kotsoyev (100 kg) won bronze medals among the national team members.
