A judo seminar on "nage-no-kata" was held in Baku as part of the International Judo Federation (IJF) Academy's judo coaching certification program.
The Azerbaijan Judo Federation informed "Report" about this.
The event was held under the leadership of Slaviša Bradić, Education Director of the IJF Academy and Head Kata Commissioner of the European Judo Union.
During the training, the theoretical foundations, technical execution rules, and teaching methodology of "nage-no-kata" were explained in detail to the participants.
In practical exercises, coaches performed movement sequences and received recommendations on increasing technical accuracy and eliminating difficulties encountered in teaching kata.
