Olympic champion Hidayat Heydarov lost his first match at the Judo Grand Prix tournament held in Peru.
According to Idman.Biz, based on the draw, our athlete was exempted from the first stage. However, in the second stage, he lost his first match to 20-year-old Frenchman Dayan Bulemtafa and finished the tournament.
It should be noted that this is Heydarov's second consecutive defeat in the first match. Earlier, at the World Championships held in Budapest in June this year, he lost his first match to 22-year-old Otari Kvantidze (Portugal), losing his world champion title.
