The "Grand Slam" judo tournament held in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, will conclude today. Sport24.az reports that three of our judokas will participate in the competition on the final day.
Jamal Gamzatkhanov (+100 kg) will face the winner of the Saba Kardava (Georgia) - Losseni Kone (Germany) pair in the 1/8 finals.
Kenan Nasibov, who also competes in the same weight and stage, will face the stronger of the Yelaman Yergaliyev (Kazakhstan) - Gela Zaalishvili (Georgia) pair.
Among women (+78 kg), Madina Kaisinova will also start the fight from the 1/8 finals. She will face Erika Simonetti (Italy) in this round.
It should be noted that the Azerbaijani representatives have 1 silver and 1 bronze medal in their assets.
