Azerbaijani judokas finished the first day of the "Grand Slam" tournament held in Paris, the capital of France, with two medals.
According to "Report", Ruslan Pashayev (66 kg) won a bronze medal.
Earlier, Balabay Agayev (60 kg) won the gold award.
Nazir Talibov (66 kg) lost to Miguel Gaqoa (Portugal) in the 1/16 final stage.
It should be noted that the "Grand Slam" will end on February 8. Azerbaijan is represented in the competition by eight judokas.
