The European Cup is very important for junior judokas.
"Report" reports that this was stated by the Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov.
He shared his thoughts on the competition held in Guba:
"As a result of successful policy, Azerbaijan has become a sports center in the world. Three international tournaments have been held in our country this week. The European Judo Cup is not being organized for the first time. The number of athletes is increasing from year to year. This is quite successful. All conditions have also been created in the Guba Olympic Complex."
Note that the European Cup, which started today, will end on May 4.
