On the last day of the European Judo Championships among young people held in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, the Azerbaijani team faced the Swiss team in the 1/4 finals.
Idman.biz reports that the opponent team defeated our national team with a score of 4:2.
Ramazan Ahmadov (+90 kg) and Aydan Valiyeva (57 kg) scored points for our team. Our team is waiting for its opponent in the consolation round.
It should be noted that Azerbaijan won three medals in individual competitions: Nihad Mamishov (60 kg) and Magomed Musayev (66 kg) won gold, and Nizami Imranov (66 kg) won bronze.
