The professional development program organized by the Azerbaijan Judo Federation (AJF) for judo coaches in Goranboy has ended. Sport24.az reports that in the final sessions of the program, Fariz Asgarov, the physical training coach of the national teams, made presentations on antogenesis, physical load norms for judokas in lower age groups, creative ways of this process, and sports nutrition.
Orkhan Oruczade, the head of the Education Department of the AJF, informed the participants about the licensing of clubs and the certification of coaches.
In addition, Orkhan Safarov and Asiman Allahverdiyev conducted practical training on important movements for the formation of judo habits in children, coordination, and speed development.
At the end, the participants took a practical exam and their theoretical knowledge was tested. 29 coach-teachers who successfully completed the tests were awarded certificates by the AJF.
It should be noted that coaches from the Ganja-Dashkasan, Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur regions participated in the six-day program.
