Baku U-17 Youth City Championship kicks off: 587 athletes compete

The Baku City Championship among U-17 youth has started at the Absheron Olympic Sports Complex.

Idman.Biz reports that the winners and prize-winners in five weight categories will be determined on the first day of the competition.

A total of 587 athletes (485 boys and 102 girls) representing 61 clubs and sports societies are competing for medals in the championship.

It should be noted that the matches of the three-day tournament can be watched live on the official "YouTube" channel of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation.
