Members of the "Azeri" Taekwondo Club successfully participated in the "Moldova Open" international tournament held in Chisinau.
"Report" reports with reference to the Azerbaijan Taekwondo Federation that our representatives won 7 medals (4 gold, 2 silver, 1 bronze).
Inci Rahova, competing in the 27 kg weight category among children, defeated all her rivals and rose to the highest step of the podium. Aylin Mammadzadeh in the 29 kg category and Umid Safiyarli in the 53 kg category won gold medals in the youth competition.
Zeynal Abishov, competing in the 37 kg weight category in the Youth B category, also finished the tournament as a champion. In the same age category, Ahu Isgandar in the 29 kg category and Aykhan Khanmadlili in the 33 kg category won silver medals. Madina Hanifayeva (33 kg) finished the tournament with a bronze medal.
