Young Azerbaijani judokas won 12 medals on the first day of the European Cup held in Guba.
According to the "Report" correspondent sent to the competition, team members won 3 gold, 3 silver, and 6 bronze awards.
Anar Guliyev (50 kg), Zeyd Alasgarov (60 kg), and Nurana Hajizadeh (48 kg) won gold, Rasul Alizadeh (55 kg), Fakhri Sahibzadeh (66 kg), and Leyla Alakbarova (48 kg) won silver, and Ibrahim Talibov, Rza Khalilili (both 50 kg), Royal Gayibov (60 kg), Huseyn Huseynov (66 kg), Khadija Abdullayeva (44 kg), and Aysun Mammadova (52 kg) won bronze medals.
It should be noted that the competition, which started today, will end on May 4.
