The European Cup among young people held in Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia, has ended.
İdman.biz reports that on the last day of the competition, two Azerbaijani athletes - Suleyman Shukurov (81 kg) and Ramazan Ahmadov (+100 kg) won gold medals, completing all their fights with victory.
Earlier, Nihad Mamishov (60 kg) and Abil Yusubov (73 kg) also climbed to the highest step of the podium. In addition to them, Farid Garayev (60 kg) won a silver medal, and Muhammad Musayev (66 kg) won a bronze medal.
The Azerbaijani team won a total of 4 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medals, taking 1st place among 26 countries in the team standings.
