The III Universiade of Turkic-Speaking Countries will be held in Cholpon-Ata, Issyk-Kul region of Kyrgyzstan from September 3 to 9.
İdman.biz reports that Azerbaijan will be represented by 9 judokas (7 men, 2 women) in 9 weight categories in the judo competitions of the multi-sport tournament.
Our judokas will be led by Elchin Ismayilov, the head coach of the men's national team, and Amrah Ahmadov, the coach of the junior girls' national team.
