Azerbaijani judoka wins gold medal

Azerbaijani judoka Balabay Agayev (60 kg) won a gold medal at the "Grand Slam" tournament held in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan.

QOL.az reports that the 26-year-old athlete faced local judoka Mehrzod Sufiev in the final. Balabay Agayev won the match and won the gold medal.

Today, Yashar Najafov (66 kg) will compete with Uzbekistani Artyom Shturbabin for third place.

It should be noted that the "Grand Slam" tournament will end on May 4.
