Azerbaijani Athletes' Ranking Table for September 1, 2025 Announced

The Ministry of Youth and Sports has presented the ranking table of Azerbaijani athletes as of September 1, 2025.

"Report" reports that the press service of the agency has released the information.

Judoka Zelim Tchkaev is in the first place with 330 points. Olympic champion Zelim Kotsoev (320 points) is second, and another judoka Eljan Hajiyev (310 points) is third.

The next ranks are occupied by judokas Rashid Mammadaliyev (210 points), Ushangi Kokauri (190 points), artistic gymnast Nikita Simonov (165 points), Greco-Roman wrestler Gurban Gurbanov (160 points), freestyle wrestler Giorgi Meshvildishvili, Greco-Roman wrestlers Hasrat Jafarov and Nihat Mammadli (all 150 points).

Olympic champion Hidayat Heydarov, who this time remained outside the "top 10", was second in the ranking announced at the beginning of the year.
