The Azerbaijan Judo Federation (AJF) is entering a new strategic phase in the development of judo in our country.
This was reported to "Report" from the AJF.
It was reported that the new phase is presented with the slogan "Discover Yourself" and aims to evaluate judo not only as a martial art, but also as an opportunity that promotes respect, self-development and personality formation.
The main goal of the Federation is to make judo accessible and interesting for all people, including women, men, children and young people. This approach will serve both to increase the popularity of judo in the country and to discover new talents. The strategy focuses on conveying the values of judo to the general public and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Rashad Rasul, Executive Vice President of the ACF, shared his thoughts on the new phase:
"Engaging in sports is the most important way to stay physically and mentally healthy, regardless of age. The main goal of our new strategy is to implement our new initiatives with the slogan "Discover Yourself" and bring judo values closer to our society. We believe that the will and discipline formed on the tatami will contribute to the strong future of Azerbaijan."
The new strategy envisages creating wider opportunities for children and young people in schools and regions, implementing special programs aimed at involving girls in sports, and organizing open events that will increase the interest of families and the public in judo. All these activities will be carried out with a unified communication line based on the basic philosophy of judo - the principles of respect and self-development.
The Federation will also regularly share information about the main directions of the strategy, social programs, initiatives aimed at children, youth and parents through the newly created social media account (https://www.instagram.com/judoazerbaijan). In addition, judo values, development stages of beginners in sports and daily stories will be presented to the public.
