The Azerbaijani judo team finished fourth in the overall standings of the Grand Slam tournament held in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan.

Thanks to this result, Azerbaijan is ahead of Uzbekistan, China, Kazakhstan, Japan and many other countries.
France is the leader (2-0-2), followed by Tajikistan (1-2-2) and Mongolia (1-0-1).
In total, judokas from 10 countries won medals on the first day of the tournament.
