The medal table has been announced based on the results of the first 4 days of the World Judo Championships in Budapest, the capital of Hungary. Sport24.az reports that Azerbaijan is in the top 15.
This was made possible thanks to the bronze medal won by Zelim Tckaev (81 kg).
So far, 8 sets of medals have found their owners. Japan leads the list. The Asians have 4 gold, 1 silver and 3 bronze awards. France (1-1-1) is in second place, and Georgia (1-1-0) is in third place.
