The 80th anniversary of Ahmadaddin Rajabli, an expert with the titles "Honored Coach," "Honored Worker of Physical Culture and Sports," and holder of the "Shohrat" Order, was held on August 8.

Then, a video reflecting the life and activities of Ahmadaddin Rajabli, who has made unparalleled contributions to the development of sambo and judo sports, was shown. The celebrant spoke and shared brief memories from his sports career and expressed his gratitude for the attention and care shown.
Later, Zemfira Meftahatdinova, chairman of the Public Union of Sports Veterans, Olympic champion, Rasul Tagiyev, Deputy Head of the State Border Service, Lieutenant General, Farid Mansurov, Deputy Rector of the Azerbaijan Sports Academy, Olympic champion, Natig Bagirov, Advisor to the President of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation, as well as sports veterans, congratulated Ahmadaddin Rajabli on behalf of the institutions they represented.
