"Real Madrid" has withdrawn from the refereeing reform project of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF). The club's CEO, Jose Angel Sanchez, has informed the organization that he will no longer participate in relevant meetings.

According to the source, "Real Madrid" considers La Liga an unfair competition in terms of refereeing. "Real Madrid" strengthened its position after the 1:1 draw with "Girona" in the 31st round. In that match, a penalty was not awarded for a foul against Kilian Mbappe. The club does not understand why this mistake was not corrected.
There is currently a "complete separation" between the Spanish giant and the RFEF. "Real Madrid" has no intention of normalizing relations with the federation.
