Namig Abdullayev, the silver medalist of the Atlanta-1996 Summer Olympic Games and the winner of the Sydney-2000 Olympics, made a statement to the press service of the National Olympic Committee.
Sport.Biz reports that the legendary wrestler emphasized that every medal won at the Olympic Games is of great value.
"Every Olympic medal - whether bronze, silver or gold - is a high award. The flag is raised, the anthem sounds. Both of my two medals are very valuable," Abdullayev said.
