New NTD basketball team transfer Quinton Campbell gave an interview to the club's press service. Sport24.az reports that he spoke about his transfer to the Azerbaijani club:
"Club representatives contacted me and said they wanted me to return. I have to help the team get back on track and win again. NTD has always been able to win. I also received an offer at the beginning of last season, but I had other plans. There was also an offer at the beginning of the current season, but at that time I was still considering other options. Anyway, if they want to see you at the club, it shows that they believe in your personality and your skills as a player. And they believe that you can help them succeed!
I saw that the situation is a bit difficult this season. This is sports and sometimes these things happen. What's important in sports is not how you start. The main thing is how you finish the season. I have spoken with the coaching staff and their goal is to show that NTD is a strong club, to change the course and climb back to the top. My personal goal is to help the team in every game in any way possible. I watched the Azerbaijan basketball league, but I can't say I watched it very closely."
