The final stage of the Beach Wrestling World Series continues in Alexandria, Egypt.
Idman.Biz reports that three athletes from the Azerbaijani national team have qualified for the semifinals of the tournament.
Vusal Aliyev and Sahib Dadashov (both – 80 kg) will face each other in the semifinals. This has secured at least one finalist place for our team.
Our other athlete, Ibrahim Yusubov (90 kg), will compete in the semifinals against a representative from the USA.
At the end of the stage, the world champions in all weight categories will be determined.
