The famous Azerbaijani veteran wrestler Taleh Mammadov dreams of winning an Olympic medal for his students.
Lent.az reports that the former wrestler said this in his statement to journalists.
The coach of the national youth team emphasized that he has a large number of students:
"I say "thank you" to all the guests, the leadership of the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation and the Ministry of Youth and Sports. I express my gratitude to those who supported me. This was my biggest dream since I was wrestling. After finishing my career, I started this job. About 80 of my students from the settlement train in this hall. I have won medals in all international competitions, except for the Olympic Games. My dream is to raise healthy and well-mannered wrestlers, to keep them away from bad deeds. Also, they should win an Olympic medal. I believe that all these will come true."
It should be noted that with the support of the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation, a Greco-Roman wrestling hall named after the famous wrestler Taleh Mammadov was put into operation in Zabrat settlement today.
