A meeting of famous wrestlers with schoolchildren was held in Khirdalan.
Idman.Biz reports that Rasul Chunayev, Olympic medalist in Greco-Roman wrestling, medalist of world and European championships, and Solmaz Adilova, coach of the U15 women's wrestling team, medalist of the U23 European Championship, met with schoolchildren at secondary school No. 11 in Khirdalan, Absheron region.
During the meeting, the athletes informed the youth about their careers, their achievements, and the difficulties they faced on the path to sports. They also demonstrated wrestling techniques and explained the points to be considered during the fight on the mat.
