Azerbaijani shooter Ruslan Lunyov won a silver medal at the European Championship in the 25-meter rapid fire pistol event.
"Report" reports that Lunyov scored a total of 583 points and 26 inner tens (the closest accurate shots to the center of the target) in 6 rounds of the competition.
With this result, he was second only to Ukrainian representative Pavlo Korostylov. Although both athletes scored the same points, the advantage shown in the last series determined the fate of the gold medal.
