Azerbaijan is one of the most important wrestling schools in the world.
This was stated by Petro Piskitelli, head coach of the Italian freestyle wrestling team, in an interview with a "Report" employee seconded to the U-23 European Wrestling Championship held in Zrenjanin, Serbia.
"Azerbaijan is one of the most important wrestling schools in the world. I have been to numerous training camps and competitions in Baku. I have good relations with the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation. There are good people, reliable companions and friends there," the expert emphasized.
He shared his thoughts on the competition:
"The current situation is very good - good food, good sleep. I hope that it will be a successful championship for both us and all participants."
