The Yaşar Doğu, Vehbi Emre and Hamit Kaplan memorial tournament will be held in Kocaeli, Turkey.
Idman.biz reports that members of the national team in all 3 wrestling disciplines will participate in the traditional competition.
Under the leadership of Elvin Mursaliev, coach of the Greco-Roman wrestling team, Nihad Guluzade (60 kg), Mahammad Shukurzade (67 kg), Lachin Veliyev and Cocu Samadov (both 87 kg), under the leadership of Agahuseyn Mustafayev, senior coach of the women's wrestling national team, Asmar Cankurtaran (50 kg), Elnura Mammadova (53 kg), Nargiz Samadova, Gultekin Shirinova (both 55 kg) and Birgul Soltanova (62 kg), and under the leadership of freestyle wrestling coach Taymuraz Kokoyev, Farid Jabbarov, Jabrail Hajiyev, Sabuhi Amiraslanov (all 79 kg), Ali Tsokayev (86 kg), Sadiq Mustafazade (92 kg), Zafar Aliyev (97 kg) and Khetag Karsanov (125 kg) will compete.
Meetings will begin every day at 12:00 Baku time, and medal matches will begin at 18:30.
It should be noted that our international referees Elgun Mammadov and Samil Fattayev will protect justice at the tournament, which will be held from June 26 to 29.
