The U23 World Wrestling Championship held in Novi Sad, Serbia, has come to an end.
On the last day of the competition, another member of the freestyle wrestling team climbed onto the podium.
Ali Tsokayev (86 kg) won a bronze medal by defeating Georgian Tornike Samkharadze with a complete advantage.
Thus, our freestyle wrestling team finished the World Championship with 1 set of medals. We remind you that yesterday Kenan Heybatov (70 kg) won gold and Khetag Karsanov (125 kg) won silver.
Our team took 4th place in the team standings with 84 points, only 1 point behind Japan in the lead. The USA (137) was first and Iran (127) was second.
