The next training camp of our female wrestlers has begun.
Idman.biz reports that our U-20 team will undergo a preparation process in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, until August 20.
Under the leadership of head coach Toghrul Asgarov and senior coach of the U20 national team Rovshan Umudov, Gunay Gurbanova (59 kg), Ruzanna Mammadova (62 kg) and Zahra Karimzade (72 kg) will participate in the training camp together with the Bulgarian and French national teams at the "Diana" Sports Complex. During the two-week preparation process, time will be allocated for both physical and tactical-technical exercises. The goal is to adapt to the local environment and better prepare for the U-20 World Championship, which will be held in Samokov, Bulgaria.
It should be noted that our team will go directly from Sofia to Samokov on August 20.
