Abdurrahman Huseynli competed with Timur Maharramov (Ukraine) for bronze. Our wrestler, who won with a score of 9:0, managed to take a place on the podium.

Hikmat Hagverdiyev faced Otabek Tursnov in the final. Our representative, who lost with a score of 1:4, had to settle for silver.

Ali Nazarov became the world champion. He defeated Kyrgyz athlete Amangeldi Ysankbayev 6:1 in the final.
