Winning a gold medal in my homeland is a great pride.
"Report" reports that this was stated by Azerbaijani wrestler Nihat Abbasov, who competed in the 71 kg weight category at the III CIS Games, in an interview with journalists.
He stated that he had prepared very well for the competition:
"Thank God, my efforts were not in vain. I dedicate this victory to my family and coaches. In the future, I will train even harder to win a gold medal in future competitions. I will achieve new achievements."
It should be noted that N.Abbasov defeated Russian representative Zubair Bagilov in the final.
