Idman.Biz reports that these words were said by Namig Abdullayev, Vice-President of the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation, in a statement to journalists after the first panel session of the Coaches Forum, organized for the first time in our country, entitled "The role of the head coach: leader, pedagogue, or manager."
He noted that such a forum had been expected for a long time, and finally, it has come true today:
"Both local and foreign experts are participating in the forum. Guests from Slovenia and Sweden are also sharing their experiences, providing useful advice in various fields for our athletes and coaches. The event is very important in terms of determining the direction in which we should operate in the future, both in individual and team sports. I hope that such forums will be held regularly in our country."
