Azerbaijani wrestler Musa Aghayev, who won a bronze medal at the U-23 European Championship held in Serbia, could not reach the final due to many mistakes.
"Report" reports that the wrestler said this in a statement to journalists.
He shared his impressions of the competition: "The competition went well. I could have won a gold medal, I made a lot of mistakes. I won against my Armenian opponent in the last seconds. I am glad that I did not return to the Motherland without a medal."
M.Aghayev also spoke about his future goals: "My goal is to prepare better for the Olympic Games in Los Angeles and win a gold medal."
