The World Championship among wrestlers under 17 years old continues in Athens, the capital of Greece.
Idman.biz reports that the first medalists among freestyle wrestlers were determined on the sixth day of the World Cup.
Two of our wrestlers who entered the mat qualified for the semi-finals.

Ravan Hasanzadeh competed for bronze. Our wrestler lost to Islam Rabadanov (UWW) with a score of 9:11 and finished the competition without a medal.
65 kg
Huseyn Ismayilov faced Arseni Kikiniou in the final. The match ended with a score of 1:1, and our representative was declared the winner based on the last point scored. Huseyn won the title of world champion.
110 kg
Hakim Tagiyev competed against Stefan Stefanov in the match for 3rd place. The fight ended with a score of 1:1, and our wrestler was declared the winner. He finished the World Championship with a bronze medal.
It should be noted that the World Championship will end on August 3.
