The athlete noted that this rank was presented to him by the Chief of the State Border Service, Colonel-General Elchin Guliyev.
"Today was one of the unforgettable days in my life. It is a great honor and responsibility for me to be awarded the rank of "Major" by the Chief of the State Border Service, Colonel-General Elchin Guliyev.
