Idman.biz reports that our Greco-Roman wrestler Farayim Mustafayev, competing in the 67 kg weight category, defeated Turkish Abdullah Keskin with a score of 7:2 and advanced to the semifinals.
Prior to that, he defeated Ukrainian Vladislav Pokotilo with a score of 4:3 and Armenian Narek Grigoryan with a score of 3:1.
Ismayil Rzayev, our compatriot wrestling in the 97 kg Greco-Roman category, also defeated Korean Jaeno Choi with a complete advantage (10:0) and advanced to the 1/8 finals.
In the 55 kg category, our Greco-Roman wrestler Turan Dashdamirov defeated Indian Anil Moran according to the quality of points (9:9) and gained the right to compete in the 1/4 finals.
